The center aperture placed over affected area and pad surrounds the sore area and off-loads.  The gel pad becomes a barrier between shoes and toe.

How to apply: Simple and easy to use, they adhere right to your foot. The best thing about these pads is that the adhesive doesn’t wear out after one use! The adhesive is reactivated every time you hand wash them in mild soap and water and allow them to dry.
